As a growing company, we are looking for new team members to help us continue in our success. Currently, we are seeking a Senior Business Support Analyst to join our amazing Purchasing team.  This position plays a significant role through their knowledge of Blue Yonder’s Demand and Fulfillment software and will be working daily with the Replenishment Team. This includes having in depth knowledge of the processes and programming as well as end user functions.  Will also serve as the in-house expert for resources and training.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge with Supply Chain processes and solutions which are global in nature, integrated with other process areas, scalable, flexible and follows industry best practices. Process improvements may range from reduced keystrokes, reduced handoffs, centralized data, reduced delays, freeing resources faster, or combining similar activities. 
  • Serve as a solution integrator with strong hands-on expertise with leading ERP applications and other supply chain systems.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with focus on process/change management to ensure all teams are tracking to project Milestones, Deliverables, KPI/Service Level Agreements.
  • Serve as a business escalation point of contact for end users including outages impacting productivity and company revenue. 
  • Coordinates training activities for the end users.
  • Develops, maintains, and updates all relevant documentation such as test scripts, training materials, business process documentation, macros, etc. 
  • Complete projects as presented by the Corporate Orgill team.
  • Take initiative to identify improvements in D&F and include Orgill Leadership Team.
  • Responds to questions and requests for information from internal/external customers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

  • Advanced knowledge of Blue Yonder demand and fulfillment software as well as other various software applications, including Microsoft and Google.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to review facts and weigh options when solving problems and making decisions.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with good listening skills, possess strong Business Acumen.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, proceed with objectives with little or no supervision, and meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to deal with a variety of changing situations under stress.



Minimum Job Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in related field 
  • Three to five years of experience in same or similar field
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Blue Yonder’s Demand and Fulfillment software
  • Knowledge of other replenishment software capabilities is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel for Company related functions as needed - requirements may vary
  • Must be able to work in person at the Orgill corporate office
